THE SEQUEL

We are planning to produce Sensational Seas DVD - Volume Two in the near future!  If you have an interesting film or video that you think fits our theme, contact us via e-mail with a short description.

The use of your submission is considered a donation to the project.  Previously used material is welcome and you retain the copyright.  The proceeds of the sale of the Sensational Seas DVD go directly to REEF, the Reef Environmental Education Foundation.

Requirements:

• Your scene should be no longer than 3 minutes in length.

• If set to music, please provide the name of the artist, title, recording label, and song publisher.  We may or may not be able to obtain the rights to use the music and reserve the right to use another selection, if we use music at all.

• The scene should be edited; however we reserve the right to re-edit.

• Titles, credits and music should not be superimposed over the main footage.

• Submissions should be sent in uncompressed digital video format on mini DV or DVCam tape.

Additional Materials:

• Your photo in one of the following formats
    - Digital jpeg or Tiff file in 300 dpi resolution.
    - 33mm slide
    - High quality, scan-able photo at least 2" by 3" in size.

• Your Biographical Material: Tell us about yourself in 100 to 200 words.

• Your Story: Tell us about your video, in 100 to 200 words. Where and when was it shot? Why is it interesting?  How did you feel - were you excited? Frightened? Surprised?

Please do not send anything until we contact you with information about where and when to send the tape and additional materials. Please plan to send the complete package at one time.  We will ask you to sign a license agreement allowing us to use your material in Sensational Seas, this web site, and all related promotional materials.
